ConfigWizard not found??
« on: August 03, 2004, 11:52:52 am »

I just purchased the new verson of ICE.TCP Pro and am having a hard time getting it to work....After I go through the ice.tcp pro user installation I get the "ConfigWizard will assist you with your license & network settings" when I click OK, I get to "Select the path to ConfigWizard" and that path is blank....so I clikc on C:, Program Files, Jriver, Icetcp5 and then OK because I have no other options after Icetcp5, and I get the message "ConfigWizard not found at that location"  I am lost as what to do.  I have read through other problems running/installing Pro on some XP machines but I still have not found an answer.
Can you advise?
Thanks in advance.

Did you do a server install? You MUST do that if you are installing for the first time, even if it's only a single user version. If you are installing a single user version, just do the server install and choose to run the licenseadmin program and user install when it asks. Then when it runs configwizard at the end your folder field will be populated.
