Screen does not paint correctly

Ok I have a customer using ICE Tcp Pro, when he logs in as one windows user, everything is fine, when he logs in as a different windows user and connects to our SCO box all the lines we have drawn on the screen show up as I's.

I first thought it was a ttytype problem, but this isn't the case it is set for Wyse 60 which Telnet pro is as well.

any ideas??????

It's the font selected in the profile. For some reason it's probably set to Courier and not ice437.
