add host remotely (or through login script)
« on: April 24, 2006, 03:52:06 pm »

I'm about to deploy a new server that my clients will need to access through ICE.TCP Plus, so I would like to add a new Host without interaction with each desktop.
What file contains the Hosts and can it just be overwritten to setup this or can a new host be added remotely somehow?
I know with the ICE.TCP version we had previously, there was a hosts file that could just be overwritten and setup this type of configuration.
Thanks for your help,

If all the other parameters are the same you could just copy the icetcpplus.ini file from the windows directory (or winnt on 2000) to the new client pc.
