Program Failure FTPPRO

I have a customer using build 21 of ICETCP Plus. When the user clicks on ftppro to launch the program it receives a fatal program error "Unable to launch ftppro" I have had them remove the ICE.TCP Plus and reinstall and still experiencing the same issues.

Send me a Personal Message with the customer's detail and user count and I'll send you back a newer ftppro to try. There are a lot of possibilities but given that build 21 used a dynamic mfc42.dll I'm thinking that may be the problem.
(note that versions that use the dynamic mfc42.dll should work fine but some systems get corrupted versions of this via sloppy 3rd party software putting it into bad places).
