Hi, we currently use dejawint in our call center and in this call center we are trying to keep the 100+ staff off the internet while they are dialing for completes.  We have locked our machines down with Server 2003 policies and the only thing the interviewers can get to is Dejawint.  Well by going through "Display Clipboard Contents" if you drill down far enough you can get out on the internet.  Does anyone know of a way to dismantle this option or better yet the whole menu bar?  I know this is an odd request but we have high school and college aged kids doing our phone work and they are bored and computer savy so we need to find a way to lock the machines completely down.

It took a while to figure out a way to do this.

Turn off the tool bar in settings->configuration->general

Then make the icetcpplus.ini file in the users windows directory read only using windows permissions, etc.
