Replacing current computer running TCP Pro

Hello, We have a computer that has ran TCP Pro 5.1.09 for a few years and we want to replace it. How can I get the serial # to use on the new computer with new installation.? Any help would be grateful.. thanks

You didn't say if this was a single user or multiple user license. I'm assuming a single user because of the way you wrote the message. If it's a single user version you have the admin portion and user portion on the same computer. Just install the admin portion onto the new computer, grab the old licenses folder and copy it over the one on the new computer. Run licenseadmin and delete the sequence number for the old user. Then do a user install on the new computer and it will get the unused sequence number.

If it's a multiple user license and the licenseadmin server is on another computer, just do a network install as you normally would after deleting the old user from the users tab in licenseadmin.
