It's NOT a 1200 then. I just looked it up. It's one of those low cost winprinters.

You are out of luck. It doesn't print PCL, it's LIDIL which means it can only print graphics, the windows driver turns the text into graphics before sending it to the printer instead of the printer doing that itself.

Where did you find this information?  I am trying to look this up for another printer.  It too is an All-In-One.  HP Officejet 5610.

Does JRiver have a list of printers that are/are not compatible with ICELP?

No really, there are just too many of them...

The one defining characteristic is that any printer that CAN'T print characters isn't supported by ICELP. There IS limited support for these winprinters in TelnetPro when it's doing screen printers and passthrough printing using our raster print driver. The raster print driver will make winprinters appear to Unix like simple line printers. The only supported sequences are LF,CR,FF, Condensed print and normal print. To this point however, these printers are NOT supported by ICELP.

The 2 customers having trouble are using TCP PLUS.  Will that make any difference?

You could try turning on the status box in the icelp configuration. Double check the settings and printer selection there as well.

Printing to a PDF then to the printer should also work as well.

They installed a PDF creator, but that did not work like I would have liked it to.  They selected the PDF printer in the ICELP configuration, but when they printed, they did not get the pop-up window asking the file save location.  It would work from MS WORD, but not through ICCELP.   The DID show up in the PDF print queue though.

No, the ICELP in PLUS and PRO are functionally the same.

I don't know why that would be, it should popup a filename box. That's a function of the print driver.

It could be the free (cheap) PDF creator they used.  They are going to try using a Lexmark print they have on hand.  Hopefully it will work for them.

What about a Lexmark Z 715?  Lexmark's site doesn't say much about that one.
