With Ice  Tcp Plus tha auto login feature doesn't work
We contacted support and got this reply
"
We just checked and found there is indeed a glitch in the new Plus (&
4.4) that prevents autoconnect on the command line from working. This
will be fixed in the next release.

It has been fixed and the new version is in testing.
