I am running version 4.7.12 on a pc with XP...It was working fine until saturday, then all I get is black screen, then when I click on it...It will say not responding.  I have switched out all cable from working computers and it still does not work.  Please advise me on any other suggestions.  I have not uninstalled the program yet, I am checking if there is anything else I can do first.

1) Check your hardware serial connection to the server.
2) Check the communications protocol in Dejawin. Unless you have a full hardware handshaking serial cable you need to set it to "none" or "xon/xoff"
3) Check the port setting, maybe the configuration was lost.
4) Check for viruses.
5) Did you have any storms w/ lightning over the weekend? It's possible for a close lightning strike to blow out the serial port (on either the PC or the server or both) if your run of serial cable to the server is very long.
