Hello thanks in advance for your HELP. i try to play a streaming file of a radio station and it doesnt work. it worked many times in the past but somehow i make changes (mostly updates to software) to my computer and then it doesnt play anymore. the link is from this site

the most recent error message i get says "DIRECTSHOW:THE SPECIFIED PROTOCOL IS NOT SUPPORTED". it worked with the 9.0.180 and many builds in the past but then it stops. please help this is the only problem i have ever felt strongly enough to write about. i love the software and its the only one i reccomend to friends.
