DSP Presets Per File question?
« on: October 12, 2015, 11:46:46 am »

Hi

Video files play back with the DSP preset of the last played song. Is this functionality supposed to work for audio files only?

Thanks

The preset's settings are loaded at playback time.  Nothing unloads them, so you'd need to create a 'Blank' preset or similar and set other files to that if you don't like the behavior.

All my songs are tagged with different DSP presets. All videos are tagged with DSP preset 'Video'. For videos my preset 'Video' doesn't get loaded. Instead preset of the last played file is applied.

I think there might be an issue with us loading presets on video playback.  I sent the team an email about it.

Just to follow-up on this, we didn't load the presets for video file playback.

I added it for the next build.
