Using iOs 9.0.2 and the latest upgrade
Had to change the password of my credentials in my Media Center 19
But I can't seem to be able to upgrade the info in JRemote
Settings menu appear, but tapping it has no effect at all.

I cannot add a network server in JRemote anymore.
I reinstalled, could link it to one of the computers running JRiver, and that's it.
Any clue?

I did the latest update the other day to JRemote and now when I try to connect to another server I don't have the option to. When I load JRemote it just tries to connect to my old server on a different network and when it times out I try to click on menu and settings but I can't click the setting icon for some reason. It's like it's not registering the area I'm pressing.

I've only seen this once, when the versions 3.20 became live.
Uninstalling and reinstalling JRemote fixed it for me.
What iDevice are you using?

Hi Bob,

Quite a few people are reporting this. Your get around works for a single server but just try accessing JRemote settings if server 1 isn't accessible and you want to add a second one or change access details.

I'm definitely not having this issue. Can you describe your devices in more detail?  Have you tried portrait and landscape modes?

Okay Glynor, try this.

Iphone5, ipod6, iOS 9, JRemote 3.2.1

Make sure your JRiver server is NOT running.

Start JRemote

100% certain that you won't be able to access Settings.

So you can't add a server.

By the way I don't have this problem on my iPad 3.

Note that jgleim and others are reporting the same problem but with an iPhone 6.

Are you able to reproduce the problem I reported with the Home button?

Ok. I can reproduce it now.  An easier way to test is to just put your phone in Airplane Mode (no network means nothing will connect, but you should still be able to set it up).

So, confirmed.  If you have no working servers added, you can't add a new one.  That stinks.

If you nuke the app, and have no servers at all, can you do it then?

Ok, I confirmed that last bit.  If you have no defined servers, you can then properly add a new server.  And, if you can connect to a server, you can access settings properly from there to add additional servers. The issue only manifests when you have existing servers added, but can't connect to them.  It is specific to the UI inside the "error connecting" screen loaded on launch after a connection fails.

So, as a workaround until this bug is fixed, you can:
1. Delete and re-add JRemote from your device, which clears its list of stored servers.
2. Add a working server first.
3. Re-add any additional servers you might need, whether they are currently accessible or not.

Not quite Glynor. Yes reinstalling the app does allow you to connect to your accessible server. However once you enter the second server's Key then "Add a Server" tries to connect to it. It will reach the JRiver database okay but if the media server itself is not accessible then set up does not add the second server to your list of servers.

Glad you can reproduce it though.

No. I realize that, but you can switch back to the working one, and then add additional ones. Switching between added libraries works from that screen, just not accessing the Settings.

So, you need to reconnect to the working server to alter the settings.  Again, not good, and certainly broken, but it is possible to work around.

Not in this thread. I haven't seen that report.  Assuming it is posted, be sure it is in a clearly named thread with a relevant title, and not a big catch-all thread, and bump it if needed.  I'll try to take a look and see if I can reproduce it.

I merged a few other posts about this same topic into this thread from the generic JRemote Update for IOS 9 now available in App Store thread.

Looks like Bob sees it. Should be an easy fix. Looks to me like the tap-target for that button on that one particular screen just got disconnected somehow.
