MC 20 & 21 display and fonts blurred on iMac Retina

Dear all, I migrated a few months ago from Windows back to Mac, and J River MC is one of the few things I took with me from the Windows world.
I went for the glorious iMac with Retina screen
Unfortunately, when I run the MC 20 or 21, it looks pretty blurred. Changing to PixOS skin does not help, it just looks a little less out of place, (and the close/resize/maximize button are in the wrong upper right corner, like in Windows), and even changing the font to Helvetica Neue 12 did not help much, just a bit.
Is there a way to make MC look great and sharp (as it sounds great  and sharp!) on an iMac Retina?

Did you enable Retina mode in View -> Size (I think thats where it was) ?

Many thanks, this is a well hidden feature, and, although it says Beta, it works!!!!
Now I don't have to apologize any more for the funny way MC looks on my iMac!
