Problems with MC21 and other programs ( WAS: Problems with Sony...)

I posted this under the wrong header earlier.  :-\ Here again with more info:

Installed latest version of MC21 ( 21.0.015) on Win 7 system. MC21 works fine but 2 other audio/midi programs ( Finale 14, Sonar Producer X3d) consistently crashed at opening. Reverted back to MC20 (20.0.131) with same settings and now no problems with other programs. Same audio drivers (Realtek onboard chip)
Any thoughts?

Please test 21.0.17.  It fixes a problem caused by the ASIO driver.

Installed 21.0.17 and the problem is gone. I use ASIO drivers on Finale and Sonar, so this fix seemed to have worked.

ps- Been a happy user for many years. MC is a godsend for a busy sound designer.
