MCC command - Change Zone of Playing Now VIEW in Standard View ?
« on: November 10, 2015, 01:24:25 pm »

I have a batch file that runs in the morning and plays a smartlist containing the sort of music we like to hear while getting ready for the day (hint - not metal :) ).

There was some problems getting it to play in the right zone, and I added to the batch file (from a suggestion in this Forum):

timeout /t 30 /nobreak
MC21.exe /MCC 10011,0

However, even with that, the VIEW is still set to Playing Now in the Video Zone that is almost always the last thing used at night (local news using MC21 Television feature).

I looked through the whole MCC list and cannot find anything that might automatically change the Playing Now View to either a) a specific zone or b) the active zone.

Either would work in this case, thanks.

(It seems to me that I should not have to do the same click every morning, the software should be able to do such a rote activity.)

So, is this a request ?

Is there currently no way to change the Playing Now Zone, except manually ?

Coming next build:
NEW: Added an MCC command MCC_SET_ZONE_VISIBLE (22033) to show the current zone in standard view.
