How to lib sync from win10 Pc to Debian??

I tried to library sync (playlists only) from win 10 to my new Debian Linux Pc witout sucess.
The Mc21 exits.
Any help will be wellcome.

Are you using the library server, or are you trying to restore a library backup between machines?
