DSP Studio Focus Bug
« on: November 24, 2015, 09:19:52 am »

1. Open DSP Studio over main JRiver window
2. Click on main JRiver window to hide DSP Studio
3. Alt-Tab to DSP Studio
4. Enable or disable a plug-in. The DSP Studio window will disappear.

You mean turn a DSP on or off by clicking the checkbox?  I can't reproduce that causing the window to disappear.

Yes, clicking the checkbox. Doesn't matter if it's a default plug-in or a VST.
Happens every time for me.

Next build:
Fixed: Clicking a checkbox in DSP Studio would hide the window if the current window was active before clicking the checkbox.

It's a little confusing what it was doing.  It would grab the focus of the current window and then set the focus back to that window when clicking a checkbox.  I made it instead set the focus into the list when you click a checkbox.  It's possible this will have other strange side effects, but we'll hope for the best.

FYI This has been reported periodically by several people, over several years, IIRC it is in one of the "Too Easy" threads.

It's good to see it fixed, thanks!

I have to add a similar problem.
If i remember it correctly, i have this problem since MC 18, 19, 20.....
Using BlackonBlack Skin. Pressing analyze audio (Standard View) in settings completely stops mc responding to any key anymore, because analyze audio popup window opens and disappears in the background (losing focus/completely empty window).
This happens since a long time ago at home on three different machines (No Antivirus Tool installed).
Not happening all the time, but very often.

And i have the same problem as the Threadstarter described. Also since MC 18.
