MC21 DSP Analyzer does slow motion when output is set to DSD2x

When changing the DSP "Output" from "none" to "DSD2x" the spectrum analyzer goes into a super slow motion mode which is not even close to a real time display of the signal. Is this a bug?

Also, will the JRiver Team please consider adding a vertical graphical VU meter to either the left or right side of of the analyzer in lieu of ( or addition to) the small, difficult to read text readout in the upper left corner of the present analyzer display screen.
