All sounds rather odd. Thanks for passing on what you know. It's a bit of drag when the communication that you're getting is a cone of silence.

Really annoying for all of those who paid for the license and are expriencing these major problems now. But I understand that this is due to the slow response of QNAP which hopefully finally approve the fix so that I can continue using JRiver the way it's intended to be  :-\

JRiver Mediacenter is a paid app after a 30 day trial you have to purchase it.
Did you purchase a license?

Unfortunately we can not deliver support on this Issue if it doesn't work any more.
