I wouldn't expect that last bit is standard JRiver coding. No matter. MC is back.

PaulI:
Is there any chance this new update may have fixed the other issues I was having? Specifically being unable to play multichannel flac or multichannel SACD ISO/DFS files without bringing the QNAP processor to its knees and causing unacceptable dropouts due to buffering?

JimH:
I don't know, but it is probably the processor itself that is the weak link.

Could someone run a benchmark and paste the result here?  It's under MC's Help menu.

astromo:
It will depend on the unit each person has but for what it's worth, here's a run for a TS-653 Pro:

Maths Benchmark: 798
Image Benchmark: 1434
Database Benchmark: 1043

JRMark (21.0.54): 1092

JimH:
Thank you.
