I am using the surface pro 4 I7 16gb ram. I used to be able to seek forward 30sec in video by pressing the right arrow key. Question: How do you skip 30 sec forward using surface pro 4 tablet. This function is very important to me as I need to review videos all day long. Is there a way I can activate the swipe right = right arrow key = Seek 30sec forward in video.

Programs that can do this for windows tablet are VLC player, ACG mediaplayer, UWP player and Cyberlink Power DVD player. Can JRiver have this function as well? I am referring to swipe right and left instead of touching the top and bring in the control panel and then slide the time bar to go forward.. which is many touch away and is not precise. I do not have my keyboard with me all the time and having gesture control for view is really good.
