JRiver on Synology NAS

Apologies if this has already been asked and answered but I didn't see anything on this page.
I see a number of threads about JRiver on QNAP NAS. Is is also possible to run JRiver MC on a Synology NAS (in my case the 1513+ with latest versions of everything installed)?

I was a happy user of JRiver MC on my PC but had to leave it when I reconfigured my system, removing the PC from the audio chain and switching to a Synology NAS feeding an Oppo 105 instead.

If not possible today, is it something in the product roadmap?

If possible today, can someone point me to a tutorial for the install please?

Never mind. Found a thread from November 2015 indicating that there has been contact but not progress fit for public consumption yet...
