I have recently bought a new laptop but cannot see how to access my old J River Media Centre  account without paying a new subscription! Can any body help?

if you are on Win10, I'd suggest downloading the current version at the top of this board not the download page (new security certs amongst other things). Install then unblock the license  (see the link).

You can also use the library backup from you old machine and restore it to the new one. In most cases this is the fastest way to get up and running again
