Feature Request - "Now Playing" pop up

Hi,

I notice that there is a nice little popup when you hover over a file in JRiver's library interface....have attached it so you can all see what I am talking about.

Would it be possible for this to be used as an optional "Now Playing" popup that can indicate tracks as they are played in JRiver.
Winamp had a similar feature that was quite good.

I understand there were some plugins a while back that did this, but they don't seem to work anymore.

If this was a core JRiver feature, I think it would be a great addition.

You get a popup when you mouse over the tray icon in server mode.  It's not extra glamorous, but it does tell you what's playing.

Anyone that knows me knows that I can't resist the opportunuity to post about this, I managed to resist for five days... :)

If JRiver could just remove the registration code from the playingnow plugin, everyone would be able to benefit from it...

The attached shows a skin for it that slides out above the system tray on track change.
It can be set to appear in any location, is "drag and droppable", and can be made to look just about any way you can imagine (limited by your photoshop skilss).

Tip:
If you add 15 to 20 carriage returns to the "Description" field for an audio file, the tooltip makes like so...

I still don't quite understand why JRiver bought this, then killed it :(

Looks like there is already a solution in JRiver's possession, that they own, which could enable this feature almost instantly.

I don't think hovering over the program is the best solution here, it should be an automated pop-up which the user can enable/disable....like the Winamp solution.

Not sure why this is being ignored?
