NOOB question, hoping for some veteran advice on the program
« on: January 27, 2016, 08:10:23 pm »

Hello,
I recently got this program in hopes of optimizing the sound on my system and customizing playback for each of my devices.

I have an ASUS Xonar STX soundcard/DAC powering Sennhiesser HD700's, and a pair of Audioengine A2+'s for my non-headphone listening time.

I was recently tweaking settings and exploring playback options and suddenly it won't playback any of the tracks I have loaded in. I was hoping someone would know optimal settings for my hardware and file types. I have mostly FLAC files.

Because I'm first, I'll take the obvious port of call.

To make sure that your issues aren't basic stuff, I'd suggest that you work through these Wiki items:

"Optimisation" could be a lot of things. Maybe another owner of a Xonar / HD700 might have some useful thoughts.
