Best way to start a playlist via Pronto/Girder?
« on: August 26, 2003, 09:09:40 am »

What is the easiest and fastest way to call up an MC playlist via a one-touch-button on the Pronto? I have used the numbuild girder feature in the past, but it takes quite long if the playlist is >1000 files.

Is there a way in MC to directly call up a playlist? ?

You could always create numbered playlists...

Use SuperNudeList2 to fire a unique IR code...

Catch that with Girder...

Turn that into a MJExtMan command to launch the playlist...

Of course that relies on adding each album / playlist to Girder manually... A task for sure but done once its done ??  Cut and paste would be your friend  :o

That way looks alright! Now, I hope treepath will come back!

Can I combine two commands like the following:

mjextman.exe /Play [piano playlist dynamic] /Command ToggleShuffle? :P
