Media Center window jumping around on move or resize
xzeezeex:
I'm experiencing a bug with MC 21 for Mac with strange resize or move behavior. Key to this is that I'm using a Wacom tablet to move the cursor. I don't have any problem at all with any other application using the tablet, just MC. Also, I don't have these problems when using a mouse.
Basically, when I release the mouse (stylus in this case), the window snaps to either an arbitrary position (if moving the window) or an arbitrary size (if resizing). It's very frustrating.
I've made a video that shows this behavior.

Didn't you know MC is supposed to be kept full screen most of the time?? :)
(Just a little humor)

I do most of the time actually, but even clicking on the window can cause it to resize and move randomly.

I see this frequently too when moving or resizing the MC window on an iPad Air2 using Splasthop as control for my Mac Mini audio server, where the actual MC app is running. Seems to help some if I move my finger very slowly, but that doesn't always work. Sometimes the window will simply vanish offscreen when I release my finger, and I have to quit MC and restart, which is, as the OP suggests, very frustrating. I don't see this behavior on any other application using the same devices.

Glad I'm not the only one. ;)
I suspect it has something to do with how MC is polling for the end of the touch or drag event. I've noticed that if I drag or resize and then pause for a second, it helps.
