I'm pretty adept at setting up AV , and have Remote on my iPad and iPhone . However I cannot seem to get anything at all to play on the iPhone itself (streaming from mac server)?
And I'm buggered if I can find a simple answer (or any answer) as to how to set this up, which is one bugbear with driver, it's too geeky by far . Should be one button click settings for most common uses rather than 1001 tweaks

I love it to stream to my OPPO but can't get it to stream to my iPhone (for mobile headphone listening )

Yes. JRemote certainly can. You need to set the Playback Zone on the device (within JRemote) to This Device.
