Export to iTunes not working

When I select a playlist and choose export to iTunes, nothing happens!?
Media Center 21.0.50 on MacOs X 10.11.4

I've played with this feature 3 or 4 times and I can't get it to do anything either.   I think it's either disabled, or broken on the Mac version of MC.
