後ほどお試しくださいと書いてありますがもうすでに１日経ちますが何回試してもエラーが出ます。

これは、一時的な問題でもう少し待てばErrorが出なくなるようにになるのでしょうか？それとも、永遠にErrorが出続けるのでしょうか？ ?

このせいで試用期間あと１日なのにJRiverの登録コードがもらえずにいます。こんなことになるなら、PayPalじゃなくクレジットカードで直接買えばよかったです。

一応、PayPalの問題解決センターでJRiverに下記のような異議を提出したのですが

I have purchased JRiver Media Center 21 for Windows via Paypal (Germany) but the registration did not work.  I went to the Paypal registration site and entered the transaction ID. The reply of the system was "Paypal Error":

What is wrong? I tried this procedure several times on one days. Pretty annoying.

It is written and please try again later, but I get an error even try already one day passed you, but many times.

The problem is the license (registration code) does not get in because of that.

一応、URL、http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Restoring_a_License機械翻訳で読みましたが自分には何が言いたいのか分かりませんでした。

通常なら、クレジットカートで払えばメールで直接、登録コードをもらえると思いますがPayPalで購入した場合は、直接はもらえず上記一番上のURLで取引IDを入力して登録コードをもらうんですよね？

私は MC を VISA で買ってますので MC に関しては PayPal での経験はないのですが、

ということは、「・・・https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/paypal_support.cgi」に行く必要はないようです。
PayPal での購入直後にメールで「Registration Code」来ませんでしたか？

そのメールを受け取って開くとなぜか「Registration Code」を手打ちやコピペで入れなくとも登録されてしまった記憶があります。
