What is "iso.wv" ?  An iso rip of a CD?

MC definitely handles ISO files of SACDs on all platforms.  On windows it also seems to handle ISOs of DVDs and BDs.

Why don't you try one of your files and see?

MC handles single .wav, .flac and .ape album files and splits the album into individual tracks provided there's a .cue file to make it happen. To see the split album, you need MC to play the .cue file.

Assuming .wv files work the same way, have you got a .cue file in the mix?

As far as I know you can open WavPack (.wv) files in a file archiver like 7-Zip to gain the .cue file and proper .iso file inside so you can split it into tracks.
