Im wondering if someone can help me please...

I recently changed my settings from 1080p to 4K....

In Window size under "Resolution", (at the top) is "Desktop Settings" then under that is every resolution listed. I once thought that we had to set the resolutions for different files, 25, 24, 30 etc etc...
Then my friend told me thats not necessary and all I need ticked was "Desktop Settings"
Now "Desktop Settings" is all I have ticked, but JR remembers all the old settings I once made and often will revert a file/film back to 1080p.

Is there a way to set all these back to default so JR no longer remembers my old individual settings. All I want is "Display Settings" to automatically detect the resolution. I dont want it to remember the old settings and jump back from 4K to 1080p on an old setting once made.
