If you purchased on or after May 1st, then your original mjr file should still be good to use, as it lasts 14 days. Unless attempts to restore since have invalidated it.

Anyway, find a valid mjr file attached to your email from JRiver, save it, then double click on it after installed MC21.0.81. MC doesn't need to be running. It will register itself.
