Music World version 20.0.138 - will not detect my device

Work on Mac with Yosemite OS. No matter what I try MW will not detect the Pono.

I've tried the recommended Tools | Options | Handheld | Device Management | Redetect Devices...  but no luck.  Not sure what else to try.


Thanks for any advice.
