Master license doesn't work on QNAP 251+ NAS

I have the same problem as stranger1963 http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=105212.0.
My master license works with windows 10, but not with my QNAP 251+ NAS, instead the error message "we could not find that license".
What can I do to solve this issue?
