New blank SD card not recognized by PMW

New blank SD card not recognized by PMW in card reader and just gets stuck in "searching for library..." mode in pono. iMac, SanDisc 64gb card

Is the card formatted as FAT32?  It may be NTFS, which Macs don't support.

Does the card show up in Finder?  If so, do a get info on it (right click > get info) and see what format it is.  You might need to use Disk Utility to reformat it.  Be careful with Disk Utility!
