In correct charge when upgrading to master

I used the upgrade button from the help tab on jriver to request a purchase of a master registration code (I am moving from PC to Mac) When I used my PC (old unit) to upgrade my registration code ($22.98 stated by your website/where i put in my credit card number and info) I was charged only $19.98 and given a windows 22 upgrade. This will not work on my new mac. 

I would like to pay the difference and get a master registration code so that I may continue using your product on my new system. How do I go about doing this? Who do I need to contact?
