[How-To] Add the APT Repository for Media Center 22

There is a beta repo now too. It's only for MediaCenter 22.
Follow the instructions above for MediaCenter 22 and where you see "latest" in the url, substitute "beta"
You can have both beta and latest in your source.list.d file and if there is a newer beta it will superceed the latest entry.

Updated the tutorial above for the latest and beta repositories. I guess there isn't a stable repository?

It's there, it was missing the descriptor files though. Just fixed.
