Opening multiple tabs in Standard View

I cannot seem to find a Wiki entry about how to open and operate several tabs at once.  Is this functionality not there in 22 or have I forgotten how to do it?  If it is me, can someone please explain how to do it? I cannot find an entry or post about tabs (maybe it is referred to as something else?)

There should be a button to the right of the tabs, or you can middle-click on a view in the tree to open it in a new tab.

WolfAudioSystems:
I plead Skinsanity.  The add a tab strip was just one or two shades lighter than the actual tab, and when viewed from 10ft, was invisible.  Thanks for the reminder!
