program icon on 2nd monitor taskbar (cosmetic bug)

I run MC on a second monitor under Windows 10 64. Often the MC icon does not display in the taskbar on that monitor (with the option to "show taskbar on all displays"). This is not a problem with other applications on the 2nd monitor, only MC. Am running 22.0.9 at the moment, but it is a long-standing issue (since 21).
