Error Message Help

I just purchased the Media Center 22 upgrade for MAC and got an error message:


'Your license file is for a different product.'

I've searched the site and can't find a solution and there is no contact info for JRiver.  Can anyone help?

Please install the latest Media Center 22 for Mac product, and then restore your license using the Help menu in MC22.  Your license code should be in an email - it begins with "OJ3K8-".
