JR_M22 Install problems

Hi
I have installed Media Center 22_ ver 22.0.12
when I try to register using.mjr file it it says the program has been registers all goes well but when I open JRiver 22
It always run in trail mode
any info appreciated

What license are you using?  Don't post the license itself, just the OS. 

What version of the OS?

Sorry I'm old guy not that good in todays technology. Anyway I'm using master key which i have revived by email my os is win 10 (64) hope that is the correct answer thanks jiri

We've seen a license problem on Win10 in Asia.  The work-around is to create a new Windows account with admin privileges and install  the software and license with that account.

This may be a Windows bug.
