Sample rate problems after Windows 10 anniversary update

Anyone have problems with JRiver only putting out 44KHz after the latest Windows 10 anniversary update? My Chord Mojo is getting nothing but 44KHz now, regardless of the format of the files. With Foobar2000 the same high res files are sent to the DAC at the proper bit rate it goes back to red with JRiver, so I'm pretty sure my settings and driver are not the problem. I checked 21 again and also have the same problem. Anyone have any ideas or experience this?

If your using WASAPI, check the settings in the Windows Sound Properties for the device you use.
