JR 22 creates JR 21 library backup

sometimes jr22 creates jr21 library backups too

why this happend? is it for downgrade reason or something else?

i manage to fix it!

The solution-

(i do a clean setup for 22 and i make my settings again from the start cause the 21 backup had some 21ver values that causes me anoying problems)
