The team are very busy, and this is a little something that has been around a very long time and is not causing any direct problem other than minor aesthetics, for a fraction of a second. Firstly, you have to give people a chance to respond, secondly, if you dial it back just a wee bit, you have more likelyhood of someone listening to you, otherwise, it begins to feel a bit like 'are we nearly there yet' ;):D
oh, and as I have my grumpy head on this afternoon, I'm marko, I'm not your 'mate'.
gappie, great to bump into you again.... you all good?

the (mate) is a more humanly speach....i was believe here we are a team one help the other....dont disapoint me on this....
as for the (team) i know they are buzy but somethings needs to be fixed, its a paid app after all and we support it (dont a beta closed minded man or marko)....
marko:
I know, and also concede that english is most likely not your first language, so just take advice, that if you know someone's name, it's better to use that than "mate" unless you really are mates, because otherwise, it's a bit, well, say, off target.
Everything else just requires a little patience. The 'team' is JRiver. The rest of us just try and help out where we can. Sometimes, that works out really well, sometimes it doesn't, and sometimes, like now, you just gotta wait for JRiver, and always be prepared to not get the result you desire, that way, if it works out, it feels like a bonus, and if not, you don't get disappointed.
Your issue is, to you, a bug. It could turn out that JRiver decide it's a bug worth living with...

JimH:
Johnny,
Your English seems just a little aggressive.
For example, you don't call a person mate (or pal) in English unless A) he really is one or B) you mean it as a minor insult. In your case, it would be best to leave it out.
