X10 remote

I've read a few posts here about the x10 remote and people seem to be having trouble using it under MC9.1 . Can anyone confirm for me that they have got it working ?

I got it working, using Girder.

There are probably some threads in these forums, and certainly in the Girder forums, that will help.  If I figured it out, you can too.  It was a pain at first, but I got it nailed.

Which type of X10 remote do you have? the "MP3 remote control", or the "Mouse remote", or some other variant?

You're probably asking the OP, not me, but I have a Mouse Remote.  I figured I'd respond just to verify that this remote can be made to work with MC9.

I don't have one yet but I am thinking about buying one. It would be the mp3 one if I did.
