what has improved over jriver 21?

hi all just a quick question notice a new version is up and in the making but could you tell me whats improved over version 21 in regards live tv and video , coz i stopped using jriver when notice stuff missing for Europe (im in uk) . by release notes it still seems a audio jukebox type of fixes and addon's than a media center with live tv

Following on from AndrewFG, there's also the sticky appropriately entitled Plans for MC22 that provides an overview of what to expect. Pretty well covers all the bases I would have thought.
