One bad track in 50 to 100 disks is actually a fairly normal error rate for CDs to encounter read errors.

Try first to visually check the CD for dirt or scratches, and clean or polish it accordingly.

I that does not work, try changing MC to a lower Read speed, and/or change the Copy Mode to normal.
