MC22 asking for registration code

When I try to open MC, it asks me to write in my registration code, which I can't find in my old emails. First it would ask for the reg code but would open anyway. Now, it won't open. I've had MC since version 19, upgrading to 20, 21 and now 22. What's happening? JRiver, please fix this for me.

If you have an MC22 license, you can restore it:

Thanks! That fixed it for me. I'm keeping my reg codes on paper file. I wonder what caused this in the first place.
