Image scanned from "Get From Scanner..." not correct

When I use the "Get From Scanner..." option to scan and import cover art into Media Center 22, everything functions fine, but the image that is imported into Media Center is divided into three vertical panels and shuffled.  This worked fine with the same setup (Windows 7 64-bit, Epson V600 scanner; same version of scanning software) in Media Center 21.  If I scan the cover art with the Epson software and save the image to my hard drive, then import into Media Center with the "Add From File..." menu item, the image is fine.  Please help.  Never realized how much I enjoyed this direct feature!

Well I'm trying to reproduce but I do Cover Art > Get From Scanner and it just grabs the image in my scanner great.

Maybe you have a misbehaving scanner?
